Post workout smoothie

About

One of my latest additions to my post workout routine would have to be a smoothie, packed full of vitamins and minerals to give you a needed energy boost after your workout. I myself love to have one after my long distance runs when I feel like I need something to pick me up. Normally I do tend to add extra superfoods such as , maca powder, hemp powder and chai seeds. This time however I opted for a simple and cheap smoothie that still has all the great health benefits too.

Recipe:

- ½  a ripe banana

- ¼ a large avocado

- ½ a papaya

- a handful of chopped cucumber

- ½ a glass of hazelnut milk

- 50 g of coconut yogurt
